We’re thrilled to announce that Seldon has won the Silver award for Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Solution and the Bronze award for Small Computer Software Company of the Year at the world’s premier business ceremonies, the International Business Stevie Awards.

The Stevie Award’s International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organisations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and nonprofit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2022 IBAs received entries from organisations in 67 nations and territories. Previous technology winners include IBM, Lenovo, Adobe, and Ekata (Mastercard).
Praise from the Stevie® Awards judges
Stevie® Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 300 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process in June and July.
“I found two commendable features in this system. One is that Seldon Deploy’s code is open source. So it guarantees more safety for its users. The other one is the fantastic time saving which reduces time of putting an ML model into production from months to days.”
Seldon was commended for unlocking the potential of machine learning by deploying models with maximum oversight and efficiency, and crucially, minimising risk. This allows Seldon the flexibility of being adopted across industry verticals including finance, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and retail.
The judges were inspired by Seldon’s rapid growth and the ability to provide a comprehensive ML solution to clients. Furthermore, Seldon impressed the panel by managing to simplify the deployment of MLOps.

Ethics in AI are a major topic of discussion in the artificial intelligence community. Consequently, ethical principles were recognised as being one of the biggest advantages that Seldon has for its customers. Judges were quick to recognise that the value of the model is dependent on the rationale for its decisions.
“Why should we use machine learning tools? The tools can automate every step of the machine learning procedure. This means that the time between ideas and results is significantly reduced with the help of tools. We can spend our time choosing good tools instead of researching and implementing methods for implementation. We can use extra time to get better results, or we can work on more projects instead of spending time building our tools.”
With time being one of the most valuable assets, efficiency was recognised as one of the key benefits of Seldon’s cutting edge technology.
